I did user-defined shipping calculations by weight - under a pound is one price, 1-2 pounds another, 2-5 (I think) another, up to the point where over 9 pounds is $12 and it doesn't ever get any worse than that. Now I would like to be able to offer free shipping over, say, $100 without messing up the other shipping ranges. If you agree that this would be helpful, please vote.

Many large company's don't like to give prices away to the public (Especially wholesale carts as the public will then be able to view profit margins). It would be great to have an option to simply disable prices and the cart unless you're a logged in customer.

Finer control over shipping options would be helpful: 1.) Package dimensions - so that real-time rates can calculate dimensional weights and carriers can reject packages that are too big (for instance USPS will not accept a package that is over 60" long) 2.) Offer the customer all shipping options which match, not just the first carrier that matches, i.e. the ability to offer UPS and USPS with real-time rates and let the customer choose. 3.) Limit certain zones in combination with certain products to specific carriers. For instance, I would like all US shipments to go UPS because I get a bulk discount from UPS. However for international shipments USPS is much less expensive for the customer, so I would like to offer that. The one exception is that some of my international shipments are over-sized for USPS, and therefore I must use UPS. Since Ecwid doesn't know about my over-sized items, without some better control of shipping options, my customer might place an over-sized international order using USPS and I get stuck with the extra $150 cost of shipping by UPS because USPS can't accept the over-sized package. In summary: can we have - specific shippers for specific products going to specific zones, package dimension info presented to carriers' real-time rate APIs, and offer customers multiple carriers real-time rates, not just the first match.

The REST API currently only has GET methods to fetch product information etc. It is really incomplete unless it is possible to add / modify and delete products / orders through the API. Maybe this will require more security but without it, the API is rather useless. I suggest that you add PUT/DELETE and POST methods so that products can be updated via the API

I.e. now the "state/province" field is required and the "ZIP/postal code" field is not required. In lot of countries in Europe this should be the other way around, since states/provinces are not necessary for shipping and ZIP codes are.

It would be really cool if there was a code generator that allowed you to specify certain products, maybe the newest or those on special offer - then display them with a link through to the shop. This would be useful for landing pages (where the main shop is not displayed), for blogs or other pages where you want to promote the products.

It would be good to make it possible to edit the invalid orders from the control panel. Customers often fill the order form with errors that may affect the value of the order and time of its execution. And no big corrections administrator, would reduce this impact to a minimum. You can of course delete the order and ask to legalize it again, but I do not think this is a sure way out of the situation. Thanks in advance for your support.

We ship perishable products and want to restrict UPS ground shipping to customers who can get our product within 2 days. At the moment, we can create a our own method and tied it to a "ground only" zone, but we lose the carrier calculate shipping rate capability. This is a tough trade-off since we ship between 2 - 500 lbs and building all the methods would be difficult. The carrier calculated shipping rates is a must for us.

It would be a good idea to have a wishlist or favourites type of thing in the user account so they can go back and won't have to search for an item they wanted, especially if a store has MANY items. This is also good if it can be sent in an email just in case they want to send it to their friends for their bday like a registry or something like that.

When a customer wants to choose a particular option that will increase the price, the price changes automatically instead of displaying "+$20" next to the option. For instance, T-Shirt has an option of long sleeve (additional $5). As of now customer picks an option and sees +$5 next to it. The price remains the same and will only change when the item is added to a cart. The idea is that the price adjusts automatically as soon as option is picked. This idea is particularly important when there are a few options affecting the price (long sleeve, colors, etc) and customer has to add everything himself. It would be an amazing addition to the amazing cart!
