It woudl be great if this feature existed so we could interest a customer in another sale based on items they are browsing.

In order to enhance additional sales, it would be great to have a widget that suggested related products including accessories usually purchased with the selected item, items that other people bought and items the vendor wants to promote.

The ability to create a product where a user can enter any amount; for example, for a donation of any amount.

This is a great feature. Really helps customers and sales.

Be able to add videos instead of just pictures to a product's gallery.

I know as a 'work around' - we could create a new category for say "featured products" and insert all our featured items into here... but for example:

Shows the digital cameras - BUT has the 'best seller' products at the top of the page. Encouraging people to buy these.

It's really necessary in social network widgets (applications).

Some options are so custom -- like adding graphics to a machine's housing -- that they can't be sold like widgets. A "call for pricing" option (or "contact me about this option") lets the options be listed in the store, and if the customer is interested then a sales person can give them a call.

If a product is sold out, allow member to click 'Email me when back in stock' to be alerted when product is renewed.

I can't imagine shopping cart system without "manufacturers support".

Also "filter option" like http://www.xcartmods.co.uk/x-cart-filter-by-manufacturer-v4x-x-cart-mods-pr-50.html would be a great time saver for customers to find the products.

Add a "Recommend" or "Share" this product button that opens up a simple form.

The latest products view is really something missing here. Showing the last products added to the catalog as a widgets that we can placed anywhere is our page would definitely be a big plus.

Many large company's don't like to give prices away to the public (Especially wholesale carts as the public will then be able to view profit margins).

It would be great to have an option to simply disable prices and the cart unless you're a logged in customer.

Being able to use Zoomify objects as product image is cool.

Ecwid allows you to use Product HTML Code (a single product widget) instead of Product Browser widget. Currently, the HTML code can include the product thumbnail, the product name, the product price and the "Add to Cart" button.

It seems rather reasonable if a store owner could also choose to extend the single product widget with other product components, including the product description, product options and the product gallery (additional images).

This will make the product widget more flexible, making the widget suitable for more use cases and situations.

Ability to create special product bundles or multi-part products that sell as a unit, whereas their parts may or not be sold as separate items. For example, a kit containing a book, workbook and audios that can also be purchased separately (or not).

Ability to enable an option to hover the mouse over the product thumbnail in order to display a larger image, popping up on screen. Remove the mouse from the image and popup dissappears.

When you have multiple gallery pictures, it would be good to allow them to be resized, as they are quite small and easily missed.
