Just as in Litecommerce you can have different "memberships" so also you can set up different types of customers here. We are a publisher, so we sell to regular readers as customers, and bookstores, and distributors. Each gets a different discount...

It would be a good idea to have a wishlist or favourites type of thing in the user account so they can go back and won't have to search for an item they wanted, especially if a store has MANY items. This is also good if it can be sent in an email just in case they want to send it to their friends for their bday like a registry or something like that.

Store administrators, really should be able to manually add a product to a customers account. This is essential for ANY e-store, and I am quite surprised its not there..

I use aweber and would like to capture my customers into that system after they order. I've looked at the parsers they have, but there isn't one yet for ECWID. It would be helpful to have one. Thanks

A feature I would like to see is that each customer/client has a calendar in which the customer can add events for which he/she wants products to be delivered..

Scenario:
Deliver flowers to the staff on birthdays...
Deliver fruit/milk/coffee to the staff coffee room

Furthermore, each event can have a different delivery adress and customers can set reminders for events on which the products are to be delivered.

Customers are upset when see goods are out of stock. The current implementation of goods management doesn't allow to hide such sad things from the list.
This is especially critical when you work with products which have quite many options. Such as colors, sizes, etc.

For instance, a jacket can be XXL, XL, L, M, S and each of them could be of different colors (6+). When you have only several items in the warehouse, this is a very hard task to find the existing one in the market.

Please, implement this feature? It's very essentially for small businesses.

When having a small shop it doesnt make sense having the login/create accout option presented to my costumers - and also all the create account input fields in the checkout process.

During the sales process if a client chooses live chat or some other form of real-time interaction such as a phone call, it would be helpful to be able to access their cart and push information to them that is relevant to their purchase. Also, if you wanted to adjust the prices in their shopping cart or push them a one-time discount then it would be possible to negotiate and not have to make changes to inventory to accommodate isolated price changes.

Currently, when you add items to your cart then log out, then next time you log in the your cart is empty. It would be nice to remember the items you left in your cart.

Например, зашел ко мне в магазин Вася Пупкин. Я вижу его среди своих Клиентов, но без адреса электронной почты. Я копирую его ФИО и вставляю в поисковой строке Вконтакте. Результат: более 35 тысяч человек. Как мне узнать какой именно Пупкин ко мне заходил?
Это нужно для дальнейшего общения с человеком: может что-то не понравилось, что-то не понятно, сложности с заказом и т.д...

If users have a sidebar on their site, the 'Your Account' details area is too wide. If you could have 'Your Account' details open in a pop-up overlay window (similar to clicking 'Sign In')? I believe this would be a permanent fix for all users who have a sidebar on their site.
