Be able to add internal notes to orders received through the shopping cart. These notes can either just be private or public. There can be a checkbox to make the notes visible to the customer or remain hidden for internal purposes. These notes can be used to note any special requests made by customers or modifications made to their order after the order is placed and processed.

New status for orders, named Colsed Orders. Closed orders will apear in another tab in CP. It is good for "Cash On Delivery" (COD) payment. Closed orders will be orders delivered and payed, or canceled by customer. Closed orders need a new tab in orders Control Panel. Closed order will not apear in All Orders tab. Closed orders can be Successfuly or Unsuccessful. Only closed orders is the real inventory. Successfuly -> +order value, Unsuccessful-> -shipping value. Specific for COD payment bacause customer can refuse payment .

If one product is out of stock from in shop sales, the order should be able to ship with the other products, and then the back-ordered item would then be shipped separately. This should be reflected in the admin, and on the invoice shipped with the items.

The history list would show all events related to the order: charges, refunds, delivery, returns, any custom notes.

We do 500k in sales and had extensive reporting options in Zen Cart. You should be able to break out sales my month, category and product. It is VERY difficult not having reporting feature available and this client almost refused to switch because of the lack of reporting.
