Create a one-page Checkout? So it makes it easier for customers and we don't loose them in the 4-5 Step process. Customers are easily discouraged when the checkout process is long.
It would be beneficial for all business owners using ECWID to update and simplify the checkout process. I do most of my sales directly using Square at events. It's simple. Can a simpler Square-like checkout method be implemented through the Paypal platform in ECWID?

I am a new customer and I have received several complaints that someone said they purchased something then they came back a couple days later and there is no record of a sale. I am guessing they missed the last step of confirmation which can be tricky for mobile users.

I would say the page should look like this http://www.getelastic.com/wp-content/uploads/treatment.jpg
This is from the A/B test study of single page vs multi for checkout and the treatment offered single page checkout followed by creating account after if customer wanted to... the study is found here >> http://www.getelastic.com/single-vs-two-page-checkout/
